What if I am REALLY out of shape and I’m kind of scared?

You’re safe here.  We’re not going to push you forward too fast but we will help you see optimal progress and results quickly.  Tons of people (who were overweight, had muscle weakness, weren’t very coordinated and didn’t have youth on their side) have gotten into great shape with CrossFit.  They were fine; you will be too.  Your willingness to change and mindset are key.
