Wondering how to get started at CrossFit Ark?

It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3…

Check out the steps below for how to get on board the Ark!

1. First Class Free!

You are welcome to take your first CrossFit class at CrossFit Ark for free!  Simply fill out this form and click on ‘Send Me My Free Class!’ We’ll respond by email with a certificate for your free class.

Or just show up!  You’re welcome to attend any CrossFit class as your free trial.  No matter what your current level of fitness, we’re going to scale down the workout so you have a beginner CrossFit workout and a terrific introduction to CrossFit.  Be sure to arrive 10 minutes early to sign the waiver and check in with us.

2. Attend our CrossFit Bootcamp Class

Our CrossFit Bootcamp class is designed for anyone who wants to ultimately join our CrossFit classes.  It allows all levels of experience to build a stable base from which more complex movements can be learned.

You don’t need to have a high or even moderate level of fitness before you start CrossFit Bootcamp.  Weights and movements in the CrossFit Bootcamp classes (and for that matter, all of our classes) will always be scaled to your current capacity.  You’ll be trained in a small group and find that being coached in the foundational movements extremely beneficial for your skill development, personal safety and overall CrossFit experience. The CrossFit Bootcamp class places an emphasis on teaching movements thoroughly. No pre-requisites are required for CrossFit Bootcamp classes and classes run throughout the week. CrossFit Bootcamp schedule can be accesses here. Swing by 10 minutes prior to class to sign a waiver and we’ll get you started!


3. Grab a CrossFit Ark Membership

Once you have been attending CrossFit Bootcamp for a while and your coaches give you clearance, you can choose a membership and get started right away. Like all of our CrossFit classes, the Workout of the Day will be scaled to your level and you will continue to receive some coaching and cues from your coach!

Regardless of your past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone is welcome and able to participate at CrossFit Ark. (See What is CrossFit? to learn more about CrossFit programming or check out this article.)
